Use SugarFree Cornbread for coating the Frankfurters. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Recipes follow as Sugar Free Cornbread, add 1 tbsp of honey in cornbread mixture.
  • 1 pkg frankfurters
  • Soy oil (can use canola or veg oil)

Directions
  1. Heat oil in fryer
  2. Stick a kabob stick in each frankfurter
  3. Dip each frankfurter in cornbread mixture
  4. Drop in HOT oil
  5. Fry til golden brown
  6. Enjoy!
  7. Also delicious using smokies or cheddar smokies for parties.
