Ingredients
  • 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, and vanilla.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  5. Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices.
