Ingredients
- 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, and vanilla.
- Add eggs.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices.
