How to make it

  • Combine flour soda, and salt. Beat sugar, butte, vanilla d egg. Gradually add flour mixture. Add chocolate chips. Sptead in foil lined 9 x 9 pan. Bake 23 to 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle another 2/3 cup chocolate chips on top, when slighly melted spread like frosting. Let cool completely.
