Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin (not the filling)

3 eggs

1 can evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 t. pumpkin pie spice

2 pie crusts (9 inch deep dish)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Put all ingredients (except for the pie crusts!) into a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into 2 nine-inch deepdish pie crusts.

After 15 minutes, turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake another 60 minutes until wooden toothpick comes out just a bit wet.
