How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Put all ingredients (except for the pie crusts!) into a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into 2 nine-inch deepdish pie crusts.
  • After 15 minutes, turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake another 60 minutes until wooden toothpick comes out just a bit wet.
