This is a dish that is great for a cold winter day. Serve with your favorite version of pork chops or a good roast.

Boil potatos in large pot. Making your white sauce melt better add flour stir until smooth. Add milk slowly while stirring. Stir until thickened. Then add your potatos and peas................

Oh Yum, sounds wonderful. Great post, thanks for sharing. Seems Mom made yellow beans with sliced carrots in a cream sauce like this.
