Ravioli Lasagna

- 1 jar (26 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 2 bags (13 oz each) frozen square cheese ravioli, thawed shopping list
- 4 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375F. Lightly coat a 9-inch square or shallow 2-quart baking dish and a sheet of foil with nonstick spray.
- Spread 3/4 cup sauce in prepared dish. Top with 20 ravioli, flat sides up and slightly touching each other. Gently spread with 3/4 cup sauce. Scatter on 1/2 the spinach, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1 T. Parmesan cheese.
- Top with 20 more ravioli, 3/4 cup sauce, remaining spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1 T. Parmesan cheese. Finish with remaining ravioli, sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil, sprayed side down.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours or until bubbly around edges. Uncover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
