Healthy easy to make bran muffins, can make batch and freeze for convenience!

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz box of bran flakes
  • 1 qt buttermilk
  • 1cu veg oil
  • 1cu sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 5 cu flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • optional ingredients; raisins, apple, carrot, zucchini

Directions
  1. Blend first five ingredients together w/ eggs
  2. add to the flour ,salt , soda
  3. mix together cover and refrigerate for 6 hours
  4. bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
  5. batter will keep for two weeks in fridge if you don't add your extras until time to bake.
