How to make it

  • To make the French toast, mix the milk, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Dip the bread slices into the mixture till saturated.
  • Fry the bacon on heated, un-oiled pan. Set aside and cut bacon to small pieces when cooled.
  • Using the oil from frying the bacon, fry the bread till both sides are lightly browned. Add more oil if required.
  • Drain the cooked bread on kitchen towels.
  • Fry the chicken cocktail and cut to small pieces when cooled.
  • Lay the cooked ingredients on small dishes for a do-it-yourself mini BLT breakfast.
