Sweet Chilli Beef Stir Fry Recipe Pops / All my dishes

A lovely flavoured stir fry with lean beef fresh vegies & herbs

Ingredients
  • 500g lean beef strips
  • 2tsp canola oil
  • 1tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1 carrot cut into strips
  • 2tsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2tsp sweet Thai chilli sauce
  • 80g cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 4tbsp chopped basil or coriander
  • 120g dried Chinese noodles cooked to pkt diections

Directions
  1. Heat wok on high and mix beef strips with oil and garlic
  2. Stir fry beef strips in small batches for 1-2 mins . Remove when cooked ans allow wok to reheat be fore stir frying the next batch
  3. Add onion and carrot to wok with a sprinkling of water. stir 2-3 mins .return beef strips
  4. stir in Thai curry paste, chilli sauce, tomatoes and basil or coriander. Add noodles. Toss to heat about 2 mins
  5. Serve with grated cucumber and slice of lime. Garnish with basil leaves
  6. For a truly Thai flavour add a fresh coriander root and stem and pound in a mortar to a paste with the garlic. stir fry them in a little oil in wok before the beef

Sounds good...You forgot the quantity of Thai curry paste in the ingredients.
