Chicken in Mustard sauce

- /4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed shopping list
- 1 small onion, very finely chopped shopping list
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 chicken bouillon cube shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water shopping list
- pine nuts, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 4 ingredients together, coat chicken thoroughly.
- Saute chicken in butter until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Add water and bouillion cube.
- cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken to warm platter.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Stir into chicken broth, cook until thickened.
- Pour gravy over chicken.
- Sprinkle with pine nuts just before serving

The mustard sauce is good, but the pine nuts are an inspired touch. Something new to do with chicken.
