This icing goes well with my applesauce cake recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 3 T cocoa
  • 5 T cream (can use canned milk also)
  • Sifte powdered sugar (about a pound)

Directions
  1. Heat butter, cream, and cocoa
  2. While hot stir in sifted powdered sugar to make thickness desired
