Asian Cucumber Salad Recipe

This salad makes any Asian meal better. We serve it with phad thai noodles or stir fry dishes.

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbl rice vinegar
- 1 tbl soy sauce
- 1 tbl oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chili sauce
Directions
- Gently whisk together sauce ingredients until emulsified.
- Toss with cucumbers, chill and serve.

Just got done making this. my 11yr old and myself couldn't wait to try a cucumber and it was fantastic!! can't wait to taste it after it's sat for awhile! i did add some carrots because i had a bag of matchstick kind. making it to go with a marinade that's almost exactly like this for pork chops! thanks for sharing a great cucumber salad!
