    just got done making this. my 11yr old and myself couldn't wait to try a cucumber and it was fantastic!! can't wait to taste it after it's sat for awhile! i did add some carrots because i had a bag of matchstick kind. making it to go with a marinade that's almost exactly like this for pork chops! thanks for sharing a great cucumber salad!
