Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar

1 c. granulated sugar

1 tbls. corn syrup (or honey)

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. milk

1 tbls. butter

3 tbls. peanut butter

Directions

Combine sugars, corn syrup, baking soda, and milk.

Cook over medium heat to boiling, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball in cold water.

Remove from heat and stir in butter.

Allow mixture to sit at room temperature, when nearly cool add peanut butter and mix until smooth.

Press fudge into pan and cut for single servings.
