This is a fast easy way to prepare a classic country bar-b-que sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. Hamburger
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • *add fresh diced pepper of choice to give it a kick(optional)
  • 2 tbs. vinegar
  • 2 tbs. brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. catchup
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 3 tbs. worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Brown hamburger in a large skillet, add onion and peppers, saute with meat until onions begin to clear.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
  3. Serve on rolls or hamburger buns.
