Baked Black Clam Garlic Pizza

- canola oil to cook shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fermented black beans shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced garlic shopping list
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley shopping list
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 cups freshly-shucked and chopped clams shopping list
- salt to taste, freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/3 pizza dough recipe shopping list
How to make it
- In a sauté pan coated with oil, sauté black beans and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside and when cooled, mix in the mascarpone and parsley.
- Spread mixture on 2 raw pies.
- Top with clams then cheese.
- Bake on a pizza stone at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
