Smothered Pork Chops

- 6 pork steaks shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 can Cream chicken Soup (Condenced) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 8 Medium potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic shopping list
- 2 beef Boulion Cubes shopping list
How to make it
- In deep skillet brown pork steaks on both sides. Remove steaks from skillet and add about 2 teaspoons butter to skillet. Add onion,garlic, and salt and pepper over medium heat stiring until onion becomes clear. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
- Place pork steaks back into skillet, cover with potatoe slices. Combine soup with additional one can of water ( hot ),1/2 can of milk, and crushed boulion cubes in bowl. Pour soup mixture over top of potatoes and pork steaks. Cover and cook over meduim to smimmer heat for 35 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
