The easiest way to make the moistest chicken breast e-var! I found this awesome recipe from cooks.com, thank goodness.

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1-2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Dash rosemary
  • Dash thyme
  • Dash oregano
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper

Directions
  1. Cut 3 slits in each chicken breast so they can soak up the marinade.
  2. In a med. bowl, combine all the above ingredients then whisk them together.
  3. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for a minimum of 3 hours (or overnight), covered, in the refrigerator. You can also put everything into a ziploc if preferred.
  4. Pop them on the grill, baste them w/the marinade a few times while flipping.
  5. Eat up!
