The Moistest Chicken Breast

- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 c. olive oil shopping list
- 1-2 lemons, juiced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- Dash rosemary shopping list
- Dash thyme shopping list
- Dash oregano shopping list
- Dash salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut 3 slits in each chicken breast so they can soak up the marinade.
- In a med. bowl, combine all the above ingredients then whisk them together.
- Marinate the chicken in this mixture for a minimum of 3 hours (or overnight), covered, in the refrigerator. You can also put everything into a ziploc if preferred.
- Pop them on the grill, baste them w/the marinade a few times while flipping.
- Eat up!
