All of these flavors just blend together so well for an unforgettable pear tasting dark malt beer that's perfect for fall!

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • ½ part crème de banana (substitute with Licor 43®, Galliano® or triple sec)
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • Pinch of clove
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 parts dark malt beer
  • Pear slice for garnish

Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the first six ingredients. Shake
  2. vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
  3. Strain into Pilsner glass filled with ice, top with beer and garnish with pear
  4. slice.
