Beef Oven Roast

- 1 (2 to 3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast shopping list
- 9 small red potatoes shopping list
- 11/2 cups fresh baby carrots shopping list
- 16 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed shopping list
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges shopping list
- 11/2 beef bouillon cubes, crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- Arrange roast and veggies in ungreased 13x9 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with all ingredients except water.
- Pour water over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 2 to 21/2 hours.
- Serve with pan juices.
