RASPBERRY PAVLOVA

- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 60z (150g) caster sugar shopping list
- 1/2 TeaspoonVanilla Essence shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cornflour shopping list
- 1/2 Pint (250 ml) double cream shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon kirsch (Optional) shopping list
- 8 oz. (225 g) raspberries - Fresh or frozen fruit (defrosted) shopping list
- 1 kiwi fruit - peeled and sliced shopping list
- If raspberries not available , you could used strawberries or Blackcurrants or other soft fruit as desired. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Pre-heat oven to Gas 1-2 (300 F or 150 C)
- 2. Draw a 9" circle on Baking Parchment or non-stick paper and place on a Baking sheet.
- 3. Beat the Egg Wjites until very stiff, beat in 3/4 of the Sugar, the Vanilla Essence. Vinegar and Cornflour, then fold in the remaining Sugar.
- 4 Spread or pipe the Mewringue mixture onto the Paper, covering the circle and Bake in the preheated oven for approximately One Hour, until really Firm. Leave to cool.
- 5.Remove the paper vey carefully and place the Pavlova on to a Plate or shallow dish. Well Whip the cream and pile on top and last of all the fruit in the Centre , leaving the edges free.
