Ingredients
  • half kilo pork
  • half kilo chicken meat
  • half cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups 'vinegar
  • garlic
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • bay leaf
  • oyster sauce
  • sugar

Directions
  1. boil pork ahead so it become tender, maybe about 15 minutes. make sure that the chicken and pork meat were salted. marinade it with soy sauce and vinegar together with garlic. put it in a pan. let it simmer medium fire for 10 minutes. put a little sugar and put 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce. sprinkle it with a little ground pepper. let it cook for another 10 then add bay leaf. cook over low heat for another 10 minutes. serve with steamed rice.
