Beef And Bean Chimichangas

- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup diced green bell pepper shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups whole kernel corn shopping list
- 2 cups taco sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 16 ounce can refried beans shopping list
- 8 flour tortillas shopping list
- 16 ounce package shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter melted shopping list
- Shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1 tomato diced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degree.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drain excess grease and add onion, bell pepper and corn.
- Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in taco sauce and season with chili powder, garlic salt and cumin stirring until blended.
- Cook until heated through then remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread thin layer of beans onto each tortilla.
- Spoon beef mixture down center and top with cheese.
- Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down onto baking sheet.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with lettuce and tomato.
