How to make it

  • Using a serrated knife, cut croissants open creating tops & bottoms.
  • In a medium bowl, use a fork to stir together cheese, peppers, olives, salt and pepper.
  • Spread bottom halves of croissants with cheese mixture.
  • Top with 2 layers of spinach and replace croissant top.
  • Cut into halves or thirds if serving on an appetizer tray.
