Salmon Burger

- 250 gr. salmon fillet shopping list
- 1 piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated shopping list
- 250 gr. boiled potatoes shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 75 gr. all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 2 scallions, finely chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 tbs plain breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse the salmon under cold running water.
- Pat dry with a paper towel, skin, bone and chop.
- Dice the boiled potatoes.
- Put the scallions in a large bowl, add the salmon, potatoes, egg, salt and pepper, soy sauce, ginger and breadcrumbs and mix well with a fork. With your hands shape the mixture into medium sized balls, then with your palms flatten them forming burgers.
- In a plate, place the flour and dredge the burgers.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan until very hot.
- Add the burgers and cook for 5 mins, or until nicely browned on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
