How to make it

  • Rinse the salmon under cold running water.
  • Pat dry with a paper towel, skin, bone and chop.
  • Dice the boiled potatoes.
  • Put the scallions in a large bowl, add the salmon, potatoes, egg, salt and pepper, soy sauce, ginger and breadcrumbs and mix well with a fork. With your hands shape the mixture into medium sized balls, then with your palms flatten them forming burgers.
  • In a plate, place the flour and dredge the burgers.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan until very hot.
  • Add the burgers and cook for 5 mins, or until nicely browned on both sides.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
