Ingredients

3 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

8 tablespoons bourbon whiskey, straight

1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped with sugar to taste

1 dash nutmeg

Directions

Whip eggs until foamy.

Add sugar and beat until mixed.

Add remaining ingredients then sprinkle with nutmeg.
