Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions
  1. In a bowl, beat 1 tbsp of the lemon juice with egg . Put aside.
  2. In a shallow bowl or dish mix together the, garlic powder, flour and paprika. Dip the chicken in the lemon/egg mixture, then in the seasoned flour.
  3. In a large pan , melt butter/margarine and brown the coated chicken pieces.
  4. Dissolve the bouillon in the boiling water, add the remaining 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Pour liquid into skillet. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes, rotating chicken pieces after 10 minutes, until chicken is tender. Garnish as desired and serve.

instead of chicken bouillon i used the packet of spices from the ramen noodle soup mix! it was really good!
