Ingredients

4 oz. softened cream cheese

2/3 cup dried cherries and/or cranberries, chopped

3 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp finely chopped green onion

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl

Form into a ball and cover with plastic wrap

Chill for at least 3 hours

Serve with crackers or baguette

Alternative preparation: Instead of chilling in a ball, spoon directly into piping bag and pipe onto crackers or red and green Belgian endive leaves
