Mimosa Fruit Mold Kraft

- 1-1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 6 oz. pkg. sparkling mandarin orange flavor or two 3 oz. pkgs. sugar free low calorie gelatin shopping list
- 2 cups cold club soda, seltzer, Diet 7-up or Diet Gingerale shopping list
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned sliced peaches, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until
- completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Gently stir in cold club soda.
- Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until slightly thickened
- (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
- Gently stir for 15 seconds.
- Stir in oranges, peaches and strawberries.
- Pour into 6-cup mold. Cover.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
- Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
- Serve with thawed non-dairy whipped topping, such as CoolWhip.
