Apricot Macaroon Cheesecake

- 15 ounce refrigerated pie crust shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit shopping list
- 1 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit shopping list
- 1 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream whipped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut shopping list
- 10 dried apricot pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar then beat until smooth.
- Add sour cream, apricot fruit, almond extract and eggs then beat until well blended.
- Pour into crust lined pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Garnish with whipped cream and coconut.
- Store in refrigerator.
