Tasty dish, easy to fix. Can be served over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. It is one of the best tasting dishes we make.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup cubed bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Bottle Chili Sauce
  • 1 Bottle water using chili sauce bottle
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Cup Sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 Can whole Cranberry Sauce

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and make meatballs, place in pan with lid.
  2. Mix the next 5 ingredients together and simmer until sauce thickens a bit. Pour over meatballs and bake covered for 2 hours at 350.
  3. We serve this on white rice. We have tried it served over mashed potatoes or cooked noodles also.
  4. Enjoy!
