How to make it

  • Pre-heat your oven to 190 c
  • lay 2 rashers of bacon side by side on your board, and smooth them with the back of a knife to thin them and stretch them a bit
  • cut a litle pocket in your chicken breast, big enough for your cheese to be wrapped, not all the way through the chicken, else you'll have a spillage of melting cheese:-)
  • place at one end of your rashers and roll the chicken up in the bacon, making sure you're little pocket is sealed over
  • blace on a baking tray
  • repeat for the remaining chicken breasts
  • cook in the centre of you're pre heated oven for about 20mins(depending on the size of your chicken breats)
  • serve with whatever you fancy, we usually have a very kiddyfide chips and beans with it!!
  • enjoy!!!!!
