Ingredients
  • 4x largish chicken breasts
  • 8x rashers of smoked back bacon
  • 4x 1inch chunks of cheddar(or your fave) cheese

Directions
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 190 c
  2. lay 2 rashers of bacon side by side on your board, and smooth them with the back of a knife to thin them and stretch them a bit
  3. cut a litle pocket in your chicken breast, big enough for your cheese to be wrapped, not all the way through the chicken, else you'll have a spillage of melting cheese:-)
  4. place at one end of your rashers and roll the chicken up in the bacon, making sure you're little pocket is sealed over
  5. blace on a baking tray
  6. repeat for the remaining chicken breasts
  7. cook in the centre of you're pre heated oven for about 20mins(depending on the size of your chicken breats)
  8. serve with whatever you fancy, we usually have a very kiddyfide chips and beans with it!!
  9. enjoy!!!!!
