How to make it

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in liquid measuring cup and then mix wet and dry together.
  • Preheat oven to 350. (I don't turn it on sooner because it doesn't need to be fully heated up to put the cookies in.)
  • Scoop the cookies onto the cookie sheet. The mix is very crumbly so wet your hands to press them together.
  • Bake for 6 to 9 minutes. I take them out when they are still very soft. (So it makes it tricky to get them off the cookie sheet. I usually need to press them together once I take them out.) The longer they bake, the crispier they are.
  • They are also good without the chocolate chips.
