How to make it

  • Place chicken in a pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle desired amount of taco seasoning mix over chicken. Pour enchilada sauce over chicken. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until tender. Serve with warmed corn tortillas.
