How to make it

  • Boil pasta to al dente in a pot of water added with salt and olive oil, then drain the pasta with a colander
  • Heat oil in a pan, add in the diced bacon and stir fry till it starts to turn brown
  • Add garlic into the pan and stir fry till golden brown
  • Mix cream and egg together
  • Add butter into the pan and pour #4 in
  • Stir with low fire
  • Season with salt and pepper
