Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
  • 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl with clean hands.
  3. Spray loaf pan with pam and pack turkey in.
  4. Bake 50 minutes.
