How to make it

  • in med. pot melt all ingredients ( except chicken )
  • place chicken in ziplock bag, pour bbq over and seal
  • let sit in fridg. over night or at least 4 hours
  • place ckicken in casserole dish and cover cooking at 400 for 45 min, turning every 15 min. uncover and let brown for last 15 min.
  • or grill over med/hot coals, basting often till done

    I made this tonight and to be honest the smell of the vinegar almost killed this recipe for me but then Archie, my husband, said that it was good. I then tried for myself and actually liked it. I will make it again but with less vinegar. Thanks for sharing!

    Wow that is a really unusual BBQ recipe. I love the mustard, and I never would have thought of the mayo. Fascintating!
