Bbq Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 stick butter

2 TBS mustard

1 TBS pepper

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 TBS worchestersire

1/2 cup vinegar

1 chicken cut up (or breast, legs, wings. Whatever you choose)

Directions

in med. pot melt all ingredients ( except chicken )

place chicken in ziplock bag, pour bbq over and seal

let sit in fridg. over night or at least 4 hours

place ckicken in casserole dish and cover cooking at 400 for 45 min, turning every 15 min. uncover and let brown for last 15 min.

or grill over med/hot coals, basting often till done

I made this tonight and to be honest the smell of the vinegar almost killed this recipe for me but then Archie, my husband, said that it was good. I then tried for myself and actually liked it. I will make it again but with less vinegar. Thanks for sharing!
