Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 TBS mustard
  • 1 TBS pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 TBS worchestersire
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 chicken cut up (or breast, legs, wings. Whatever you choose)

Directions
  1. in med. pot melt all ingredients ( except chicken )
  2. place chicken in ziplock bag, pour bbq over and seal
  3. let sit in fridg. over night or at least 4 hours
  4. place ckicken in casserole dish and cover cooking at 400 for 45 min, turning every 15 min. uncover and let brown for last 15 min.
  5. or grill over med/hot coals, basting often till done
