BARBEQUED VEAL BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Black Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1990.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound veal shoulder ground
  • 1/2 pound pork shoulder ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion minced
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into balls.
  2. Place in baking pan then cover with barbeque sauce and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
