How to make it

  • Peel and cut potatoes into bite size chunks
  • Chop Broccolli
  • Place in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  • Cook until potatoes are tender.
  • Add Butter and Evaporated milk.
  • Cook about 10 minutes and add thickening.
  • Cook until soup is good and thick.
  • Serve with shredded cheese, or not! :)
