Potato and Broccoli Soup

- 2 stalks broccolli shopping list
- 4-6 red or new potatoes shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- Thickening (1/4 cup flour mixed with 1 cup water) shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- cheese (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and cut potatoes into bite size chunks
- Chop Broccolli
- Place in a large saucepan and cover with water.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Add Butter and Evaporated milk.
- Cook about 10 minutes and add thickening.
- Cook until soup is good and thick.
- Serve with shredded cheese, or not! :)
