Cranberry Bread Pudding Recipe

How to make it

  • In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish,layer half of the bread cubes,cranberries and orange peal.Repeat layers.Drizzle with butter.In a large mixing bowl,beat the eggs,milk,sugar and vanilla;pour over bread mixture.Let stand for 15-30 minutes.Sprinkle with abit of sugar.Bake uncovered,at375*F (190*C) for 70 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes ot clean.
