my own version of hamburger helper!

Ingredients
  • pound of ground beef
  • 12 ounces of pasta, i use conchigle
  • a generous amount of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • a cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of tomatoe sauce
  • pepper
  • garlic salt

Directions
  1. boil pasta under mostly done
  2. brown ground beef with garlic salt and pepper
  3. add desired amount of cheese to the beef
  4. add milk to beef and cheese mix
  5. add pasta to above
  6. add tomatoe sauce
  7. add more pepper and garlic salt, as desired
  8. cook over low heat, until cheese is melted, and pasta is totally tender
