- 2 medium butternut squash shopping list
- oilve oil shopping list
- 12 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1cup rice shopping list
- shredded chicken shopping list
- 1 can corn shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup half and half shopping list
How to make it
- rub squash with olive oil salt and pepper cook in oven 400 degrees 1 hour. Let cool. Put squash in blender puree with two cups of chicken broth.set aside.
- In large pot add rice onoin.chicken and corn to 10 cups chicken broth bring to boil.
- add pureed squash.
- turn down low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
- skim fat off top if there is any and add half and half.
- Add salt and pepper to taste serve
