A litely spiced deep fried turkey

Ingredients
  • 1 14-16 Lb. turkey with skin on
  • 4 tbsp. cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2tbsp. greek seasoning (cavenders works well)
  • 3 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 bottles kraft italian dressing (strained)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to mix well.
  2. Inject bird with mix until all mix is used.
  3. Wrap with foil and Refridgerate over night.
  4. Preheat turkey frier oil to 350 degrees.
  5. SLOWLY!! put turkey in frier and maintain heat at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes or until internal bird temperature reaches 180 degrees.
  6. Remove bird from frier and carve.
