Cajun Turkey

- 1 14-16 Lb. turkey with skin on shopping list
- 4 tbsp. cajun seasoning shopping list
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2tbsp. greek seasoning (cavenders works well) shopping list
- 3 tbsp. worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp. liquid smoke shopping list
- 2 bottles kraft Italian dressing (strained) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to mix well.
- Inject bird with mix until all mix is used.
- Wrap with foil and Refridgerate over night.
- Preheat turkey frier oil to 350 degrees.
- SLOWLY!! put turkey in frier and maintain heat at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes or until internal bird temperature reaches 180 degrees.
- Remove bird from frier and carve.
