How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to mix well.
  • Inject bird with mix until all mix is used.
  • Wrap with foil and Refridgerate over night.
  • Preheat turkey frier oil to 350 degrees.
  • SLOWLY!! put turkey in frier and maintain heat at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes or until internal bird temperature reaches 180 degrees.
  • Remove bird from frier and carve.
