Lasagna

- 1 lb italian sausage shopping list
- 1 box uncooked lasagna noodles shopping list
- 2 jars of favorite spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 15 oz container of ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 large or 2 small zucchini thinly sliced long ways shopping list
- 6-8 large portabella mushrooms thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage
- Spread bottom of 9x12 pan with sauce
- Lay out uncooked lasagna noodles
- Spread 1/2 Ricotta cheese on top
- Top with all of the zucchini
- Top with half of sausage
- Top with sauce
- Top with handful of moz and parm cheese
- Lay another layer of noodles
- Top with remaining Ricotta cheese
- Spread out mushrooms (all of them)
- Top with remaining sausage
- Top with sauce
- Top with cheese
- You can repeat these steps as many times as desired.. I also took some Alfredo cheese and mixed it in the top layer of spaghetti sauce before topping with the shredded cheese.
- Bake covered with foil for one hour
- Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or so just to brown cheese.
- Enjoy!
