How to make it

  • Empty three cans or bottles of beer into large sauce pan.
  • Dice onions, and bell peppers.
  • Add onions, bell peppers, and beer brats to beer.
  • Boil 10 minutes.
  • Remove brats from beer, and finish cooking for 5 minutes per side on grill. (finishing on grill is optional)
  • Use onions and bell peppers along with your favorite condiments for toppings.
