How to make it

  • Brown both meats together until almost done. Drain.
  • Add onion, garlic and about 1/2 the seasonings. Cook meat til no longer pink and onion is starting to get clear.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the green chilies.
  • Simmer about an hour to an hour and a half. During the last half hour add the green chilies.
  • If you want beans in your chili they can be added at the same time as the green chilies.
  • Remember to put your spices in and and if you want it hotter then add more hot sauce.
