How to make it

  • Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes beforehand, for easier mixing.
  • Put all ingredients in medium to large mixing bowl and blend until creamy (electric hand mixer recommended).
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
  • With wet hands to prevent sticking, roll mixture into a ball and roll over sliced almonds or finely chopped ham. Serve cool with crackers.
