How to make it

  • Oil a 6-cup decorative mold or loaf pan; place in freezer.
  • In a large bowl, soften ice cream.
  • Stir in peanuts.
  • Pour into mold.
  • Cover with foil and freeze.
  • Before serving, dip mold in warm water a few seconds and invert
  • into serving bowl.
  • Slice and serve with fudge sauce, if desired.
