Butter Toffee Ice Cream Mold

- 1 1/2 quarts French vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 12 oz. butter toffee peanuts, coarsely chopped shopping list
- Hot fudge sauce, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Oil a 6-cup decorative mold or loaf pan; place in freezer.
- In a large bowl, soften ice cream.
- Stir in peanuts.
- Pour into mold.
- Cover with foil and freeze.
- Before serving, dip mold in warm water a few seconds and invert
- into serving bowl.
- Slice and serve with fudge sauce, if desired.
