Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 quarts French vanilla ice cream
  • 12 oz. butter toffee peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • Hot fudge sauce, optional

Directions
  1. Oil a 6-cup decorative mold or loaf pan; place in freezer.
  2. In a large bowl, soften ice cream.
  3. Stir in peanuts.
  4. Pour into mold.
  5. Cover with foil and freeze.
  6. Before serving, dip mold in warm water a few seconds and invert
  7. into serving bowl.
  8. Slice and serve with fudge sauce, if desired.
