How to make it

  • 1. Prep the grill for indirect heat.
  • 2. Season loins with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • 3. Oil grate and place loin on it. Put drip pan under meat. Cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Brush loin with BBQ sauce and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until desired doneness. Slice pork, and enjoy your meal!
