How to make it

  • Cut filets to serving size.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Brush filets on both sides with sauce, sprinkle with pepper, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Place filets on preheated oiled medium-hot grill. Depending on filet thickness, grill first side for 3-5 minutes, basting frequently, then turn filets, baste and grill second side for another 3-5 minutes, again basting frequently.
  • Remove filets to a warm plate when fork pierces filets easily.
  • Warm remaining sauce and serve with fish.
