How to make it

  • In bowl, by hand, cream sugar, butter, flour (cinnamon if using)
  • Roll piecrust or dough very thin (can use refrigerated pie crusts)
  • Spread with sugar mixture
  • Roll up like a jelly roll
  • Cut in 1/4 inch slices
  • Place on cookie sheets or pans (greased if using bisuit dough)
  • Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 10 minutes
