Cinnamon sugar Stickies

So easy, so good. Brown sugar and butter rolled up into unbaked pie crust or biscuit dough like a jelly roll, then cut into slices and baked. Good, oh so good with coffee! Children will love them too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened shopping list
- 1 *teaspoon* flour shopping list
- cinnamon or vanilla shopping list
- Unbaked piecrust or biscuit dough shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl, by hand, cream sugar, butter, flour (cinnamon if using)
- Roll piecrust or dough very thin (can use refrigerated pie crusts)
- Spread with sugar mixture
- Roll up like a jelly roll
- Cut in 1/4 inch slices
- Place on cookie sheets or pans (greased if using bisuit dough)
- Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 10 minutes
