So easy, so good. Brown sugar and butter rolled up into unbaked pie crust or biscuit dough like a jelly roll, then cut into slices and baked. Good, oh so good with coffee! Children will love them too.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 *teaspoon* flour
  • Cinnamon or vanilla
  • Unbaked piecrust or biscuit dough

Directions
  1. In bowl, by hand, cream sugar, butter, flour (cinnamon if using)
  2. Roll piecrust or dough very thin (can use refrigerated pie crusts)
  3. Spread with sugar mixture
  4. Roll up like a jelly roll
  5. Cut in 1/4 inch slices
  6. Place on cookie sheets or pans (greased if using bisuit dough)
  7. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 10 minutes
